Margaret Franklin is a senior library assistant in Limerick County Library (see http://www.lcc.ie/library). She has contributed articles on a range of aspects of Limerick history to local history and parish journals. She has also contributed to a heritage atlas by the Ballyhoura Development Board; and has also compiled 'Limerick: a bibliography of the city and county' (Doon South Publications, 2005)
